Blue Hills & Houghton’s Pond

We took a brief trek into Blue Hills Reservation a few weekends ago and went to the tower, a nice short hike around some swampy area behind it. We continued on to Houghton’s Pond and really enjoyed the day. I don’t know how it is when it’s crowded but, this early Spring time stuff made it really nice and enjoyable.

Family

Went to CT and visited family. Nice time of year to go and visit with the grill out and sitting on the patios, the kids out playing in the grass, etc etc etc. Also tried to find the Daffodil thingy in Litchfield but, instead found a bunch of Tom Turkeys running around looking for some action. Pictures of all included.

To the few of you who actually stop by and check in – thank you – and I greatly apologize for the gap in updates.

A warning to all of you that start prescript allergy stuff—go over the possible side effects with your doctor - That way when the viral infection knocks you on your butt for a week and a half and you’ve lost about 10-15 pounds and work is just happy you’re still alive and actually coming back – well, you won’t be terribly surprised.

Are you a 70's/80's child? If so, you already know from the Love Boat, Fact Of Life, Carol Burnett and other shows what this phrase means.

Charo

Dearest Jerry reminded me of this over at his place (with Retsyn-go check it out) and I had almost forgotten how much she visited the set of so many of our American Sitcoms and specials.

BTW - Best Birthday wishes to Jerry (who is still a very young and handsome man BTW) for making it through another outstanding year. Keep up all of your fine work and Hell yes keep those funnies coming - always appreciated.
